Colin. Hi friends! Thanks for scrolling down to the bottom…My name is Colin and I’m a Terrier-Chihuahua mix.  I was wandering the streets of Pomona when my guardian angel dog sent Annette and Rob to my rescue.   I was cold, skinny, and flea-ridden.   They took me home and played dunk-a-dog with me in the bathtub to try and get rid of my fleas.  When that didn’t work, they took me to a large pet chain to be groomed.

Since that fateful day, I’ve had outings to the dog park, play dates with my girl-friend Abbey, adventures to Seattle with my human cousins, and day trips to Santa Barbara.  I’ve just finished reading Cesar Millan’s “Be the Pack Leader” and will be reading Lisa and Coco Mink’s book "Koko The Service Dog" which I’ve heard is a must-read for everyone.

I’ve wanted to give back to society for the good life I have, so I’ve decided to participate in the Doggie-Walk-A-Thon to help raise money to train one of my own to be a special diabetes service dog for Jenn.   One day, I hope that I might be as smart as Jenn’s dog and be able to help my humans.  Until then, I’ll do my part in the Doggie-Walk-A-Thon.
